2. Services

Ominitec provides web development, design, hosting, and related digital services. The scope, pricing, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the final delivered work. Ominitec retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ominitec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
